Katie shared adventures from her America\u2019s Cups and Round-the-World Races and inspired the young elite competitors with the stories of Raya, Intisar and the Omani Women\u2019s sailing team.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.4risingtide.org\/?attachment_id=3349\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3349\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3349\" alt=\"KP speaking JWDC\" src=\"http:\/\/www.4risingtide.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/KP-speaking-JWDC.jpg\" width=\"395\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.4risingtide.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/KP-speaking-JWDC.jpg 395w, http:\/\/www.4risingtide.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/KP-speaking-JWDC-300x224.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.4risingtide.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/KP-speaking-JWDC-250x186.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 395px) 100vw, 395px\" \/><\/a>Focusing on leadership, Katie introduced the competitors to the <strong>Rising Tide Leadership Institute<\/strong>, leaving them with a self-assessment performance tool and an invitation to fill out a more in-depth performance assessment survey on the RTLI website. <span style=\"color: #333333;\">Katie commented on the young women, &#8220;It\u2019s energizing to be around a group of high performance oriented young women who want to constantly up their game.
